First Friday in Montpelier! August 2nd

I will be participating in the Montpelier, VT First Friday Art Walk this month!

Lucy, from The Cheshire Cat was kind enough to ask me to bring lots of glass goodies for this August. I will be there August 2nd from 4 until 8 pm, but my work will be there through the month.

"For the Garden" recycled, reclaimed and redefined works from silver plate bird feeders, crystal laden glass panels and mirrors and small, 'tuckables' such as stars and crystal drops will be around Lucy's fun, whimsical and absolutely luscious boutique clothing shop and studio at 128 Elm Street. Please come and visit her magical garden!

Welcome to Cheshire Cat Clothing! Where you can jump down the rabbit hole and into a wonderland of art, wearable art, craft, shoes and more!

Cheshire Cat Clothing brings joyful clothing to joyful people. Full of color and original design for a woman's true body and lovely curves. Hand painted, original block printing, collage and applique. Clothing is a place for artful expression!

Cheshire Cat is the brainchild of Lucy Ferrada and is a wonderland of art, craft, artful clothing, shoes and more! Cheshire Cat Clothing began with my own clothing line, including artful and playful hand-painted, one of a kind garments with the intention of bringing color, comfort and art into your lives through joyful clothing! I have included artful clothing from a select few other designers that also bring joy to clothing! You will also find fun craft, comfy shoes and colorful accessories. Enjoy the experience! Lucy

Charity Event; St. Micheal's College March 9th.

The beCAUSE Craft Show was created so that our local community could reach out and help many organizations that are in need through the efforts of one event, while supporting the business of local vendors.
March 9th will mark the eighth year the show has run and it just keeps growing. The unique quality about beCAUSE is that every purchase made at the show directly supports a charity or non-profit organization. The show has raised over $50,000 collectively in the past 7 years and this year promises to be even more successful, with more vendors attending. There will be over 100 Vermont artists, artisans and great foodies selling their wares, and all of them have committed to donating 50%-100% of their profits to a charity of their choice.
Location: Ross Sports Center, St. Micheal's College, Winooski VT. Starts at 9:30!
Check them out on facebook here, if you are in area or go to their website: www.BECAUSECRAFTSHOW.com
